The position
As an Intralogistics Operational Readiness Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving operational readiness activities ensuring seamless operations for new warehouse and intralogistics (WH/IL) solutions globally. Your role will include supporting processes through analysis, OT/IT requirements, and optimization within a Lean production framework. Joining this team means being a part of the innovative effort to build Novo Nordisk’s warehouse and material handling system of the future expansion projects. Some travel globally will be expected for this position.
Your main tasks will be:
- Take ownership and proactively prepare the sites for Operational Readiness
- Support planning and executing all related Operational Readiness tasks/processes
- Identify the most innovative solutions and implement them to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with other functions to secure adequate implementation of project
- Drive elements of the quality, digitalisation, and connectivity journey together with the technical work packages, QA and other key stakeholders
Qualifications

Your adaptability, attention to detail, and strategic mindset, combined with exceptional stakeholder management experience, enable you to build strong relationships and navigate complex cross-functional settings.
We expect the ideal candidate to have:
- Master or Bachelor in relevant field of study such as engineering
- Good knowledge of OR activities (SOPs, training, JI and ramp-up)
- Understanding of IL/MH process and experience with automated IL/MH systems
- Experience with IT architect
- Experience from a similar role preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Taking ownership and drive operational excellence in a global setting
- Stakeholder management skills to prepare sites for operational readiness
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills, with a result-oriented, structured, and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, Danish is considered an advantage
About the department
You will be joining Global IL Performance team anchored in Finished Product Manufacturing Engineering (FPME). Our team is ensuring fit-for-purpose WH/IL solutions across Finished Products Manufacturing (FPM) and Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) operations. Based in Denmark, our team collaborates globally (sites in Denmark, US, Brazil, France, Italy, China etc.) across existing and expansion FPM/AM projects.
