Do you want to work with visual inspection in pharmaceutical production? Do you have experience with automated visual inspection and are you ready to play a key role in ensuring high-quality deliveries to our patients all over the world? Then this may be the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a Visual Inspection Supporter to join our inspection group in our filling facility in Hillerød.

 

The position

As our new supporter for visual inspection, you will be joining the filling & inspection process support team and become a part of the inspection group. Together we are responsible for the inspection process, where we ensure that our products are in compliance with regulatory requirements and are safe to be packaged and shipped to patients all over the world. Our inspection line is fully automated, and we are currently producing batches for the marked on one line and are preoccupied with tests and validation of the other line.

 

The team currently consist of 5 colleagues with a range of different backgrounds and expertise, who will support you in your learning and professional development.

 

Depending on your interests and qualifications, your work tasks will include:

  • Supporting daily operations

  • Optimise running production

  • Participate in validations

  • Batch review

  • Securing that we are in compliance with requirements from the authorities

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) technology in the industry, and deep-dive into the fine-tuning of the parameters and be a part of one of the final stages in the production.

 

Qualifications

  • Hold a master’s in biology, pharmacy or similar subjects

  • Or an education within mechanics, fine mechanics, production engineering or similar technical background

  • Inspection experience (manual or automated) and experience with vision or similar camera/imaging technologies

  • Experience with testing/validation or process/LEAN experience

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or from another regulated industry, i.e. food production or medical devices.

  • An interest in learning new technology and developing this.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.
     

And most importantly, you are passionate about your field and always ready to share your ideas. You have a quality mindset, and you are known for being a strong communicator and collaborator.

 

About the department

You will be a part of the Injectable Finished Products (IFP), and more specifically you will be a part of the department AP Filling and Inspection where 100+ skilled and engaged colleagues are ready to welcome you. The department is responsible for filling and inspecting all products from our two new isolator filling lines and operations, maintenance, validation, and qualification of all the equipment in IFP. The department is located in Hillerød in a facility that is referred to as a factory of the future – it is a state-of-the-art filling facility, which is just a few years old.
