IT Supporter to Service Desk

We are expanding and are in need of a new colleague. Do you enjoy working with people and technology, and do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment? Then you might be the one we are looking for in our Local IT Service Desk.

We are looking for a new colleague with a big passion for service and support, who can be a part of our small IT Service Team. You will be providing service and support for about 800 local users in our local factory – Factory of the future.

 

About the department

You will join the IT & Automation area in Injectable Finished Products in Hillerød. We are more than 60 employees in the unit, and You will be in a team, where there are a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time, and to make a big difference.

 

The team you will be a part of is responsible for supporting the production site with different IT solutions. We run and participate in various IT related projects, to ensure production stability, compliance and future demands. Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time. You will report to the associate manager in the department.


Key responsibilities
As our new IT Supporter, your primary responsibility will be to provide the best service possible to our users, but also to work proactively and seek out new opportunities and improve current solutions.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • 1st & 2nd level support by phone, ticket system, or in person.
  • Being part of the IT Availability scheme outside normal working hours – currently every 6’th week.
  • Setup and maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms.
  • Troubleshooting applications, hardware and software issues.
  • Setup and maintain workstations, printers and other IT equipment.
  • User administration.
     

Your responsibilities can change over time and you will be provided with appropriate training and courses if necessary.
 

Qualifications

  • Preferably, you hold the IT-Supporter education, or knowledge gained by obtaining a similar position.
  • 2+ years of experience within the Pharma Industry, or other manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledgeable about ITIL and preferable also the ITSM-Tool ServiceNow where all of our tasks are registered.
  • You pose general technical competences and troubleshooting skills.
  • Personally, you have an open mind-set, open to learning and applying new skills. You are structured, and have a desire to take initiative and responsibility.
