The Position

As Senior IT Solution Manager, you will be responsible for driving life cycle management and running small projects ensuring that the IT Systems live up to requirements for critical IT Systems across Global Contract Manufacturing Devices (GCMD).


Furthermore, you will:

  • Be responsible for implementation of new requirements or roll outs for existing IT solutions including execution of upgrade/maintenance projects to ensure the continuous operation of the system in collaboration with IT Supporter and local security coordinator.
  • Ensure that the compliance documentation and standard operating procedures are in place and are followed.
  • Be the technical expert in implementation projects.
  • Manage the expectations of stakeholders and users concerning the IT Systems.
  • Act as point of contact, liaison partner and support for global users, IT Project Managers, Suppliers, System Owners and QA.

 

Please note this position is on-site in Hillerød.


Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you tick most of the following:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields.
  • Proven experience in field of IT System Management, preferably in a similar position in pharma or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with production, IT Projects, administration of IT systems, GMP understanding and knowledge of ITIL and GAMP.
  • Experience within TIMS, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar software tools.
  • Fluent in English with full professional proficiency.

About The Department

IT, Data and Digital is a newly established team in the GCMD Business Support department. In Business Support we are responsible for driving cross functional strategic priorities and support across GCMD within strategy deployment, communications, finance, LEAN, IT, digitalisation, training, quality and EHS.

Global Contract Manufacturing Devices is responsible for managing the global external production network for device components and pen needles. We are office based with shopfloors at Contract Manufacturing Organisations on a global scale. Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally is crucial for us to succeed. 

You will collaborate with talented colleagues in GCMD. You will join new team of fun and dedicated colleagues who come together to set direction and support GCMD through its rapid journey of growth.
