IT Responsible for DFP Hillerød

Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT System Management processes in Novo Nordisk? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad support within IT System Management? Then you could be our new IT Responsible in DFP Hillerød.


The Position

  • As our new IT Responsible you will be responsible for the IT system components within computerized Equipment on our assembly production lines in DFP Site Hillerød as well as for implementation of small IT projects related to the specific system.
  • You will act independently to ensure all aspects of meeting Novo Nordisk defined compliance requirements and quality levels are fulfilled. Moreover, you will plan, drive and ensure systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely and drive/report regarding LCM, risk assessments, IT security planning, patching, user reviews etc.
  • You will act as a single point of contact, liaison partner, and escalation support for your collaboration partners and stakeholders such as local suppliers, end users and System Owners.



  • Preferably, you hold a bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar backed by 2+ years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems.
  • A vital skill required for this job would be experienced with production; IT Projects and administration of IT systems, GMP understanding and knowledge of GAMP.
  • As a person you take ownership and is capable of planning and driving a task to completion. You are structured in approach, have a good analytical sense and a quality mind-set. It goes without saying that you are a strong team player, happy to share information, workload, and experience.
  • Furthermore, you are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.

About the department
You will be part of the Local IT Compliance and System Management unit consisting of 10 highly skilled IT Responsibles and System Managers, Compliance and GMP Coordinators with daily collaboration with end-users, colleagues, and stakeholders across the site as well as with vendors. We work in a unit with the aim to secure high quality and compliance of the Sites critical IT systems and infrastructure settings.


Our focus is on IT governance, security, System Life Cycle, minor projects, and our license to operate. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and good team spirit, and functions as anchor point for IT-functions and projects across DFP Site Hillerød.



About the site

DFP Hi plays a key role in delivering products to our patients worldwide and is a strategic site in the global network, producing products both for launches of all new diabetes products and for high volume and high efficiency production majority for all continents in the world.


The site consists of a brand-new ramping up Aseptic Production facility (AP) and a Finished Production facility (FP) with highly automated assembly and packaging lines. The Finished Production is technologically advanced with highly Automated Material Handling and an Automated Storage delivering components and packaging material to the lines and Finished Products from the lines.


DFP Hi is producing 24/7 and has a continuous focus on optimizing the performance to be able to meet increasing demands using LEAN and being on the forefront of modern technology.
