IT Responsible

The position

You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day usage, operation, and maintenance of the IT/OT system and/or services. Providing user training and support as needed and provide a single point of contact, liaison and escalation for all system and service-related matters.

The tasks include:

• The operation and maintenance of the IT components within Computerized Equipment on our production lines in AM Hillerød.
• Stakeholder management managing the expectations of the system users regarding their use and corresponding requirements to the system.
• Configuration and access management.
• Planning, driving and ensuring systematic periodic reviews within the scheduled timelines.
• Driving and reporting regarding LCM, IT risk assessments, IT security planning and patching.
• Representing and acting as focal point for the system during audits and inspections.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or other relevant education.
• 3-5 years of experience within operation and maintenance of IT/OT systems, preferably from IT companies, the pharmaceutical industry, or the finance sector.
• Experience with production, IT Projects, administration of IT systems, GMP understanding and knowledge of ITIL and GAMP.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

About The Department
You will join the IT & Automation area in DD&IT PS AM (Digital, Data & IT - Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing) in Hillerød. We have more than 85 employees in the unit, and you will be part of a team with a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support the production and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
