The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for leading small to mid-sized projects from an IT perspective, ensuring both technical quality and compliance. These projects typically involve the implementation of new production lines or IT/OT systems, and require strong collaboration across engineering, automation, quality, and manufacturing teams. Your goal will be to ensure robust IT solutions are delivered in a structured and compliant manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Plan and execute IT and IT compliance deliverables in coordination with local IT SMEs.
• Define project scope for IT components and develop solution concepts with project sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Manage and communicate project scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with Application Target Architecture (ATA) and other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Automation, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Novo Nordisk's Quality Management System and IT/OT corporate compliance requirements.
• Follow established project governance, including preparation of documentation for stage gate reviews and project milestone approvals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:
• Hold a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bring a strong technical background and an interest in working in project management capacity. Prior experience in project leadership is a plus but not a strict requirement.
• Are familiar with project tools and reporting practices, or eager to develop expertise in these areas to support efficient project execution and communication.
• Can translate complex technical details into clear, concise updates for stakeholders, including management and governance bodies.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Device Component Manufacturing (DCM) is the unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, who is leading in component manufacturing of tomorrow’s devices for Novo Nordisk patients helping millions of people around the world to live with chronical diseases.
