The Position

As GMP supporter – New Materials, you play a key role in ensuring compliance with current GMP requirements and work closely with your colleagues in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities, to support the quality system, task will include:

  • Shopfloor activities where you will support the warehouse operators and inspectors on call.
  • Work related to change controls, deviations, and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job instructions to maintain department compliance such as process confirmations.
  • Participate in inspections and audits where you will present and explain relevant documentation to national and international authorities.
  • Integration of new raw materials and API into the warehouse
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to a dynamic, agile team environment.
  • Support process improvements and lean initiatives to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, it is required that you:

  • Hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree within natural sciences, pharmacy or similar.
  • Have experience with GMP material documentation.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English (written and verbal).
  • Have an analytical and structured approach that doesn’t fold when priorities change.

 

About the department


Sourcing Warehousing is located both in Hillerød and Kalundborg. We handle and store raw materials from development to our end-product. The department consist of approximately 150 dedicated employees, who daily receive goods, handle samples, and deliver products to our production from both of our locations. The team that you will be a part of, is responsible for supporting warehouse processes and ensuring high quality. The GMP mindset guides all our decisions at work. Your workplace will be in Hillerød. The department is a part of Sourcing Operations, which is part of External Supply.

You will be a part of the operational support team which consist of 9 dedicated GMP supporters, a team who takes care of each other and supports each other. As an employee in the support team, you will be able to take up a lot of responsibility and gain support to develop.
