GMP Professional
Hillerød, Capital Region of Denmark, DK
Are you motivated by helping operations run smoothly while building a strong compliance and training culture? In this unique GMP Professional role, approximately half of your time will be dedicated to training responsibilities across two warehouse support departments, while the remaining part focuses on GMP support, compliance, and operational problem-solving. You will play a key role in ensuring both training compliance and uninterrupted material flow to production, working close to operators, managers, and stakeholders across Novo Nordisk.
Your new role
As a GMP Professional, you will join a team that serves as the link between warehouse operations, quality, compliance, and training. Some days, you will be supporting shop floor activities and solving operational challenges to keep materials moving through the supply chain. Other days, you will act as the training responsible across two departments, supporting leaders and employees with onboarding, training plans, compliance follow-up, and competence development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving training compliance across Global Logistics & Distribution (GL&D) Warehouse Support and Sourcing Warehousing, including onboarding activities, training plans, documentation, and stakeholder support.
- Supporting daily warehouse operations by identifying and resolving GMP and compliance issues that could impact material flow and supply chain performance.
- Handling deviations, change requests, batch stops, and quality-related investigations while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
- Participating in inspections, audits, and cross-functional optimisation projects related to warehousing, logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes.
- Acting as a trusted partner to operators, managers, QA, and business stakeholders by translating complex requirements into practical solutions and ensuring effective communication across organisational levels.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to maintain strong training compliance across both departments while supporting a compliant and efficient operation that keeps materials flowing to production. Candidates who thrive here enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where creative problem-solving, independence, and stakeholder management are part of everyday work.
