If so, we invite you to join us as our new Student Assistant in the Equipment & CT department at Novo Nordisk and embrace the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues.
The position
We are seeking a student assistant to support the computed tomography (CT) scanning team. As a student assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in transferring our order handling process from offline to an online environment using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint tools
- Supporting micro-CT scanning of prototypes in our lab and processing scan data
- Contributing to the implementation of ongoing process improvement projects
- Assisting the team across various projects and assignments
In addition to these primary responsibilities, you may also help with assignments within the Equipment & CT team and undertake ad-hoc tasks in the laboratories and around the offices.
Working Hours and Requirements
The expected working hours are maximum 16 hours per week. While two working days a week are preferred, scheduling can be arranged flexibly with your team leader. The work tasks for student assistants are divided across several teams within the department.
Qualifications
We are looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s students in engineering, natural sciences, or related fields, with at least 2 semesters left in their program. You should have a genuine interest in laboratory work, optimizing work processes, and digital solutions. Other qualifications include:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work independently while following instructions
- Experience with laboratory work is advantageous but not required
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint tools is an advantage
- A team player with a willingness to learn and provide assistance where needed
For educational and upskilling purposes, training in laboratory work with micro-CT systems will be provided through courses and on-the-job training.
