Your new role
As an Environmental Monitoring Supporter, you will join a team of highly engaged professionals to help us meet the future need of our expanding product pipeline.
You will work in close collaboration with the Environmental Monitoring Specialist where sparring and knowledge sharing is key to align the Environmental Monitoring work across the production facility. We are hiring for several positions and are seeking talents to support clean room areas and clean utility.
The main tasks will be to:
- Provide technical support to project team and support routine environmental monitoring, in all areas such as in qualification, calibration, and maintenance of EM equipment.
- Perform Verification, write procedures, handle risk assessments and rationales.
- Support training activities for personnel working within environmental monitoring.
- Supporting routine monitoring of clean utilities and clean room areas
- Handle change requests and deviations, write trend and yearly reports, review logbooks and perform process confirmation.
Your new department
By becoming a part of the 25L project, you will be joining the PS API Expansions team. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk CMC & Product Supply, which globally employ approximately 30,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 64,000 employees.
PS API Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.
We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with flexibility to accommodate future processes and display state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients globally in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.

Your skills and qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in natural science, biology, microbiology or similar (candidates with relevant laboratory, technical or production background, and extensive experience are welcome too)
- Knowledge of GMP
- Experience with Environmental Monitoring work in a clean utility area (water, steam, gasses)
- Experience in Clean room
- Full professional proficiency in English.
On a personal level, you have great communication skills. Having good stakeholder management skills and a team player spirit, while also being able to work independently is crucial to succeed in this role.
