The position

DMS is looking to expand a team to facilitate smooth execution of production expansion projects - both large and small scale. Your role is essential in helping us to develop the advanced high-volume automated lines producing components for our newest injection devices.

Your key tasks include:

  • Serving as technical project lead and guiding all aspects of the project’s technical implementation
  • Driving and coordinating test activities, ensuring adherence to GMP and management of related documentation
  • Collaborating across multiple functional areas within the organisation, fostering effective communication and teamwork
  • Coordinating with various colleagues and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Upholding high standards in quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle

You may anticipate approximately 20% of travelling.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a technical academic degree, providing a strong foundation for understanding the tasks
  • Demonstrate proven project management/coordination experience, preferably with knowledge of GMP
  • Possess a good technical understanding, coupled with effective problem-solving and decision-making
  • Display proficiency in both written and verbal English

It would be considered as an advantage if you have knowledge in production or operational environments, industrial robot solutions, high precision laser and vision systems, and commissioning of custom build manufacturing lines.

As a person, you exhibit a proactive approach, consistently taking initiative to anticipate and address potential challenges before they arise. Your adeptness in stakeholder management allows you to effectively identify prioritise and address the needs and concerns of various stakeholders involved in the project. About the department

You will become a member of the DMS team located in Hillerød, Denmark. Being a part of DMS means working with a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s global delivery to our patients. We source equipment for production of components in Novo Nordisk’s portfolio of prefilled devices, including FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and FlexPro®.

By joining our team, you align with a group of highly skilled engineers dedicated to supporting our global production network (Denmark/US/China/Europe). We handle improvements, upgrades, and the expansion of production capacity with a global production perspective. Currently, our team consists of approximately 70 colleagues distributed across 5 teams, and we are in the process of expanding further.
