EHS Change Supporter

We are looking for a passionate colleaque who will be responsible for securing the compliance in relation to the working environment and external environment. Together with the local EHS Representative and Project Managers, you will take part in decisions about changing existing or installing new production and process equipment to benefit the environment at theproduction site. In collaboration with other stakeholders, you will decide the best option based on the corporate knowledge. You will be a key player, when it comes to assuring the correct and safest solutions are being implemented. The projects vary from small changes to large scale technical equipment. 

 

The position
Your areas of responsibilities:
•    Securing that EHS regulations are used correctly
•    Stakeholder management in regard to with local EHS Representative and Project Managers
•    Identify and present new ways of thinking of the environment in different areas
•    Develop methods to identify hazards, risk valuation and process optimizations
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gain knowledge and create an even better working environment

 

Qualifications
To succeed in the role:

•    Proficient in Danish and English, in speech as well as in writing
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience related to general working environmental tasks. Preferably, you have experience from working in a production

      company or at a construction site
•    Stakeholder management skills are crucial. You know how to integrate and communicate with different people in an agile environment
•    Strategic mind-set when solving tasks related to the working environment, where you need to see the big picture
•    Motivation for solving technical tasks related to the buildings, but also tasks related to organizational changes in addition to the

      working environment

 

About the department
The position as EHS Change Supporter is placed in Production Support in IFP (Injectable Finished Products) Hillerød, which is a part of the global production division Product Supply counting around 14,000 employees worldwide. In the department we are around 70 highly qualified employees with diverse backgrounds and a common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in IFP Hillerød. IFP Hillerød consists of a new Aseptic Production as well as assembly and packaging lines. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, distributed to patients worldwide.
