Your new role
In this role, you will support our digitalisation agenda by enhancing and developing Business Intelligence solutions and contributing to key improvement initiatives across FPMSAT.
Day‑to‑day, you can expect to:
- Maintain and improve existing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards.
- Build, update and develop new Power BI reports to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Prepare, clean, transform and analyse data to ensure high‑quality reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand reporting needs and define KPIs.
- Troubleshoot data connectivity, report accuracy and user‑experience challenges.
- Support project management tasks, including data standardisation and process optimisation.
- Drive small improvement projects independently with guidance from your mentor.
- Help plan, organise and facilitate meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions and cross‑functional forums.
Your new department
You will join Business Support (BS) within FPMSAT, a unit dedicated to enabling the organisation to deliver on its purpose, strategy and long-term ambitions. Business Support drives cross‑functional processes within Strategy, Finance, Lean, Innovation, Training, and Portfolio Management & Business Development.
The team combines operational excellence with a strong drive for continuous improvement. You will contribute to strengthening our digital solutions and ensuring our stakeholders have access to reliable insights that support better ways of working.
Your skills & qualifications
You are a motivated and curious student who enjoys solving problems with data and using digital tools to improve processes. You have a strong analytical mindset and feel comfortable working both independently and in collaboration with others. Ideally, you bring:
- You are currently studying a MSc degree within IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience or interest in project management.
- Experience with Power BI, data transformation and/or dashboard development is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Previous work experience is considered an advantage.
