The Position

Join our team as a highly skilled and motivated Design and Development Engineer! We're seeking a passionate individual to help design and optimize transportation products understand simulation processes, conduct stakeholder management, and handle validation, testing, and deliveries for various projects related to the transportation of our healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Create detailed transport unit designs using Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Refine design drawings to enhance efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct computational simulations to verify the integrity and functionality of transport unit designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and oversee multiple projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Work closely with logistics, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to integrate and implement design solutions effectively.

Qualifications

On a personal level, you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You excel in stakeholder management, effectively communicating and collaborating with clients and internal teams. Your ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic environments allows you to drive projects forward while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design software.
  • Strong understanding and experience in simulation processes and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
