The position
As Department Assistant your main responsibility will be to assist and support the management group. You will act as a sparring partner and assistant in general and in confidential matters.

Furthermore, your daily task will consist of:
•    Arranging and participating in Line of Business (LoB) Management meetings/arrangements as well as cross-functional activities.
•    Office management (calendar, meetings, seminars, and travel coordination).
•    Personnel administration e.g., be the department contact to HR/People Support in connection with employee related matters.
•    Purchasing of goods and services as well as Settlement of various expenses and invoices.
•    Be part of the area's administrative network, where you will get professional sparring and help with cross-cutting tasks such as planning seminar and other major joint events.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you will provide assistance with various tasks across the team. Your workdays will be diverse, with shifting priorities depending on the current tasks. Additionally, you can look forward to ongoing feedback and support for both your work and your professional growth.

 

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

•    2 years’ experience from a similar position, within the pharmaceutical industry or similar industries.
•    Great communication skills and can communicate effortlessly in English, both written and verbally.
•    Skilled in a range of computer competencies, with expertise in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and more. Additionally, experienced in setting up and structuring Teams, as well as working with Sharepoint.
•    High level of business understanding.

About the department
Global Contract Manufacturing Devices (GCMD), Technical Operation is a crucial department at NN that ensures our contract manufacturing devices operate efficiently. We take ownership of NN's equipment at contract manufacturers and maintain it to meet regulatory requirements. We work closely with our manufacturers to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Our team is dedicated to ensuring high-quality products for our customers by maintaining top-performing equipment. By maintaining close relationships with our manufacturers, we address issues promptly and meet customer demands. GCMD is critical to NN's success.
