The position
As the Data Analyst, you will become part of a highly skilled team consisting of skilled workers, production planner, project coordinator, and a data analyst. The key is to ensure that the equipment in the AP Support & Formulation department works stably and complies with authority requirements.

 

Your main tasks will be to:
•    Develop business insights and intelligence by adding value through data interpretation and evaluation for better business outcomes
•    Design, develop, deploy, and maintain BI solutions in e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power App solutions 
•    Continuously interact with stakeholders and team members to ensure a flow of information on the progress and value creation within the projects
•    Optimise and simplify business processes based on data and digitalisation 
•    Work on business cases and ad-hoc analysis to support management decision making and ensure the right prioritisation

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has analytical skills and is interested in growing new competencies. Our ideal candidate is a good communicator who excels in translating complex data into understandable insights and can effectively assist management in making informed decisions.

 

To succeed is this role, you have:
•    MSc in Science or Business Field or a degree as a Data Engineer
•    Experience as a Data Analyst 
•    Experience with BI-tools and strong analytical skills, combined with structured and transparent way of working
•    Experience in MS Office Tools with passion for generating insights from data 
•    Professional proficiency in English

About the department
The department is part of a new filling factory Injectable Finished Products (IFP) in Hillerød, which recently started launching the first Penfill to support our diabetics journey at Novo Nordisk. You will become part of a committed department consisting of operators, skilled workers, and supporters, who all work closely together across professional boundaries, as one department. In AP Support & Formulation, we are responsible for supplying our filling lines with high quality product, materials, and primary packaging. In the coming years the site will be delivering more products and for that we need your commitment and skills to optimize our production to be among the best in the world.
