The position
As a Communication Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Convey key strategic messages across the sites.
- Drive roadshows and internal communication activities such as town halls, news channel, intranet, video and presentations.
- Support strategic communications such as organisational changes.
- Enable our leaders to be strong and skilled communicators towards our employees.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as HR and leadership teams, to develop internal communication consistent with the organisation’s strategic vision and mission.
- Design and create visual material for use in the organisation’s communication activities such as pamphlets, posters, and other internal promotional materials.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you:
- Have educational background within communication such as Cand.merc.(kom) or similar.
- Have proficiency in change management methodologies such as ADKAR.
- Have strong project management skills and experience in facilitating workshops and a PowerPoint wizard.
- Are business-oriented and able to translate complex matters into simple solutions.
- Have full proficiency in English and Danish.
On a personal level you have a strategic mindset with the ability to engage and inspire and excellent communication skills. You are creative, trustworthy, have positive energy and a proactive attitude.
About the department
The Strategy & Communication team is a newly established part of Business Support at our factory in Hillerød. At this facility, we manufacture life-saving medications for diabetes and obesity. Our team values creating a positive and enjoyable work environment while fostering trust among team members. We strive for continuous improvement through collaboration and aim for the best possible results.
