Are you passionate about communication and digitalisation? Are you studying something in the direction of communication, and would you like to put your sharp communication skills to good use? We are looking for an intern to advance the way we communicate in one of our production departments in the Factory of the Future, 25A Hillerød.


The position
You will be joining a production department which is highly engaged in digitalisation and where there is constant change. This requires strong communication for everyone to be informed and comfortable. You will have responsibility and a free framework to mature, increase and digitize communications in our department. It involves creating dynamic news on our Sharepoint, increasing our visibility on Yammer, and involving you in our shopfloor with interviews. You’ll have a chance to explore your newly acquired communication skills and unfold your creativity. This is a unique internship where you can have an impact on an entire department and where feedback is easily accessible from the shopfloor. It is important that both parties get value out of the internship, but most importantly, that you have space to test your skills and learn new skills.


Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Write relevant news and create content through interviews
  • Explore new technologies to advance communication 
  • Support the department management with communication
  • Increase our visibility so everyone is up to date on what's going on in the department
  • Maybe you can make smaller graphic setups or have the courage to learn it?
  • Experiment, test, try, fail and learn all the time!


The internship

  • Internship period: 5-6 months
  • Working hours: 18-37 hours a week 
  • Start date: Jan/feb 2022
  • Internships are remunerated at 12,000 DKK/month, if your educational track allows
  • A Danish full-time work permit is required

Your communication skills are high, and you feel confident and trustworthy when interviewing. Overall, you are passionate about advancing our communication, you are proactive, take ownership and can work independent. 


  • Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite.

About the department
The ‘Finished Production Packaging’ department is a part of 25A, a global launch site for new products. The department consists of 130 employees who have a common goal of delivering vital medicines to patients efficiently and safely.
