The position

As an API Professional within the fields of cleaning and environmental monitoring at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Ensure daily presence and support to the production within cleaning in place, sterilization, environmental monitoring, ventilation, WFI and more.
• Support processes around clean and sterile equipment, and ensure a controlled production environment.
• Ensuring cleaning and gowning in the production through collaboration with our external contractor, and support training of colleagues in hygiene and environmental behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including validation and qualification of cleaning processes and environmental monitoring.
• Handle documentation, such as periodic reports, incident reports, working instructions and change requests.
• Drive systematic problem solving.
• Drive optimization projects and continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies and to enhance production efficiency and quality.

You can foresee continuous presence and dialogue with colleagues across the entire production to secure the quality level while improving our working methods and efforts to avoid errors. When encountering challenges, you make sure to involve the right resources to enable fast, efficient problem-solving in compliance with the standards.

We have several open positions within the fields of cleaning and environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

We are looking for several candidates for different positions with the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, engineering, or a related field.

-At least 2 years of experience in GxP pharmaceutical production, preferably within API manufacturing.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills across different levels of stakeholders.

- Curious and systematic approach to problem solving.

- A desire to be involved and close to the running process in production.

An advantage but not a requirement is:

- Experience with CIP/SIP or environmental monitoring from a highly regulated industry.

- Proven ability to drive optimization projects using LEAN principles.

- Knowledge of validation and qualification processes.

About the department

You will be part of a production department that operates across two facilities, manufacturing three key products. With approximately 12 teams, our department thrives on cross-functional collaboration, bringing together expertise in equipment, cleaning, process support, maintenance, and environmental monitoring. Our focus is on ensuring robust production processes and systems that support both market production and the successful launch of new products. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
