This is precisely why we have a department dedicated to achieving this goal for our insulin production site and packaging and assembly lines at Antiseptic Manufacturing (AM) Hillerød. The area currently encompasses 1300 employees spread across two adjacent buildings. A major expansion of approximately 13,000 sqm is planned to accommodate further production lines and an additional 400 employees.

The position

 

As a Circular Factory Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the “Factory of the Future” agenda together with the team at site AM Hillerød. The position gives you the opportunity to be creative and innovative and to find the right solutions to:

  • Achieve use of 100% green energy with no CO2 emissions
  • Optimize use of water and energy
  • Minimize waste and achieve circular endpoints
  • Lead a culture towards circular thinking
  • Drive projects, campaigns, and engaging all employees

 

You will become part of a global network established to share knowledge and solutions across sites, where you will be connected with individuals from, among others, France, the USA, China, and Brazil to find the right way to achieve the ambitions stated above.

 

Qualifications

 

You enjoy working independently and you have the competences and systematic tools to manage projects in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You are creative and innovative while you are also respectful of the goals of the ongoing production. You create a structured work environment around you, and you can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization of very different professional backgrounds and personalities. Moreover, you have:

  • Relevant degree in (i.e. environmental engineering, environmental sciences, environmental management or similar)
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in sustainability
  • Proven project management experience related to sustainability topics, mainly water, energy, and waste
  • Excellent foundation in project management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
  • Experience from GMP regulated industries (beneficial but not mandatory)

 

About the department

 

You will be part of Production Support in the EHS & Circular for Zero team. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization and in the team. We operate 24/7 to fill and package medicines distributed worldwide.
