Your new role

As our new Calibration Professional, you will ensure that measuring equipment across the site is properly calibrated, documented, and maintained. You will play a key role in keeping our operations compliant and efficient.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning calibration tasks, evaluating calibration results, and releasing equipment.
  • Managing measuring equipment in SAP PM/QM and handling internal calibration documentation.
  • Coordinating shipment and receipt of equipment to and from calibration institutes.
  • Supporting process optimisation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless calibration workflows.

 

Your new department

You will join the Facility & Validation team within Sourcing Warehousing Hillerød, a department of approximately 116 dedicated employees across seven teams. We specialise in managing and validating facilities and equipment, handling SAP‑related tasks, and continuously improving our building and infrastructure. You will be part of a supportive team that works together, shares knowledge, and takes pride in achieving strong results.

 

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you enjoy independent work, are detail‑oriented and structured, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You thrive in an administrative environment, work well with many stakeholders, and have a service‑minded approach.

 

We imagine that you bring:

  • An academic degree in engineering or a technical background such as metrology technician, or other relevant education.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience with metrology and calibration in a regulated environment (e.g., pharma, food industry, medical devices, aviation).
  • Experience reading and evaluating calibration results.
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with SAP and preferably other IT systems; programming knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with LEAN or process optimisation is beneficial.
