The position
As an Automation Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide daily leadership to highly specialized international employees within automation, manufacturing intelligence, and machine vision
- Participate in a leadership group that consists of 3 engaged colleagues with extended management of 11 managers
- Be a valuable part of the capacity expansion where we ensure to understand the needs from operations while implementing new standard and technologies
- Focus on personal development of employees within our teams.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you possess strong people management skills. Additionally, we imagine you:
- Have degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar (candidates with a bachelor’s degree are also welcome to apply) combined with manufacturing experience
- Are a team player who can control the situation and lead the team even in the most stressful challenges
- Can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping an open mind and seeking the best solutions in a diplomatic way
- Have experience working with Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Are fluent in English

Future Operational Technology is a growing department consisting of highly skilled people within the domain of automation, manufacturing intelligence, and machine vision. We are an innovative department striving to meet complex needs in Novo Nordisk's production facilities.
