The position

As the Associate Manager – Wash and Sterilization at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Provide daily leadership to 16 highly specialised employees within wash and sterilisation processes.
  • Participate in a leadership group that consists of 7 engaged colleagues.
  • Understand the processes and equipment in the team to help support the ramp-up journey our department is on.
  • Be a valuable part of the operations area to ensure direct support and understanding the needs from operations to ensure delivery from the area.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Are a team player who can control the situation and lead the team even in the most stressful challenges.
  • Help drive an organisation in a ramp-up phase.
  • Hold a master’s, bachelor’s or similar degree in relevant field.
  • Have 5 years of leadership experience.

 

In addition, you have a strong strategic background, you have fluent spoken and written Danish and English skills. Having experience in managing an Aseptic Manufacturing or Production area will be an asset.

 

About the department

In Formulation & AM Support, we are part of a new formulation and filling plant in Aseptic Manufacturing at site Hillerød. The department is responsible for delivering washed and sterilised capsules, plungers, tanks, and formulated products, providing steam, water and air for the other departments, and finally, we are responsible for monitoring the aseptic environment in the production. We are proud to work in a newly established facility that supports the market with insulin to change the life of people living with diabetes.
