Then you might be the new Associate Manager in Product Supply (PS) Biotech & Rare Disease Quality Control (QC).

 
The position
As an Associate Manager, you will be leading dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians, in teams working with a variety of biological and chemical analytical procedures. 

 

The main tasks will be to:

  • Set the direction for your team.
  • Ensure the right prioritizations and strategies are executed.
  • Lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality.

 

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:

  • Preferably hold an academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar.
  • Have some leadership experience (a plus).
  • Possess experience of working within pharmaceutical or production environment.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English.

About the Department

In the department we are approximately 65 people who are divided into 5 teams, and we are looking for an Associate Managers for one of the teams. We are a part of Biotech & Rare Disease Quality Control (BRD QC) we are and located in Hillerød.
