Associate Manager, API & New Materials Sampling Team

The Position

As an Associate Manager in the Sourcing Warehouse, Hillerød, you'll lead a team of around 14 dedicated Quality Technicians and 1 Coordinator, driving operational excellence, con-tinuous improvement, and employee development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals

• Ensure timely and efficient sampling execution (e.g., sampling requisitions, campaigns, environmental monitoring, and material integration)

• Drive process optimization and performance improvements

• Ensure quality, compliance, and health & safety standards are met

• Develop team competencies and foster a culture of engagement and motivation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality support to the business

You'll join a supportive and inclusive management group, working together to drive stra-tegic direction, operational excellence, and daily prioritization. This role offers the chance to gain deep insight into Novo Nordisk's production processes, broaden your business ac-umen, and further develop your leadership skills.

 

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you:

· Have an academic background in Supply Chain, Production Management, Business

· Have Some years of management experience, preferably with a sampling team

· Speak fluently Danish and English

· Are analytical, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.

· Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in collaborative relationships with various stakeholders.

About the department

The department of 100+ employees that daily ensures the execution of reception, sampling, order handling and global dispatching of raw materials excipients & API. The department is in Hillerød, with many close colleagues in Kalundbord. We currently have six teams in the department but will soon expand with three more teams. Therefore, we will also welcome new managers and employees to the department shortly.
