Ambitious Senior Cultivation Supporter for API Production

You will be a part of the Cultivation Process team which consists of 14 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues.

 

As a process supporter in the Cultivation Process team your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Coordination of activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implementation of new products in close collaboration with the new product entry department.
  • Supporting the production including:
    • Securing documentation in accordance with the current standards and legislations
    • Change requests
    • Deviation’s handling
    • Qualification- and validation activities.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving (A3 or similar).
  • Improvement activities, to ensure that we do things in a smart, simple, and efficient manner.
  •  

As this is a senior position, tasks can vary according to experience and qualifications.

The job might involve participation in on-call-duty arrangement.

 

Qualifications

 

You have a relevant education e.g Master of Science, pharmacist, biochemist, biologist, engineer or similar. You have +5 years of experience with production and/or development of pharmaceutical products.

As a person, you are ambitious and have strong analytical skills with an interest in systematic problem solving. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. You know how to prioritize and handle your tasks to meet deadlines.

GMP and LEAN is a natural part of your skill set.

To succeed you need to be able to keep a cool head and make decisions in a busy work environment where the agenda changes frequently.

 

About the department

You will be part of a dynamic business area which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world.

Biotech & rare disease API Denmark production Department 050 consists of 100 employees split into five teams and a staff function. We are situated in Hillerød and support two production facilities in which we currently produce Factor 9 (which is used to treat and prevent bleeding in patients with haemophilia B) and a novel, next-generation FVIII mimetic. Also, we are taking in a wide range of new products and expanding our portfolio which also means that we are increasing the number of employees.
