Advanced technical supporter to FMS/BMS area

Are you passionate about precision climate control and cleanroom environments? We’re looking for a skilled FMS/BMS Engineer to join our team and ensure optimal performance of our air handling and ventilation systems in a highly regulated manufacturing setting.
The position
As our new colleague, you will be acting as our FMS/BMS supporter. Alongside your colleagues in HVAC, you will own the FMS/BMS work package, and will be actively involved in securing in our team maintain stable reliable equipment. We continuously optimize and troubleshoot our process to ensure a good performance of the system.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Facility Monitoring (FMS) and Building Management (BMS) systems in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
- Support your colleagues working with HVAC and participate in HVAC group meetings
- Monitor and optimize airflow, temperature, humidity, and pressure differentials in cleanroom environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, maintenance, and production.
- Conducting regular inspections and performance assessments of HVAC systems to ensure reliability and compliance with validated state requirements
- Managing critical documentation including weekly release, change requests, deviations and validations.
- Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to mitigate downtime and operational risks
- Maintaining SAP data accuracy and ensuring all activities are executed effectively
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FMS/BMS or HVAC systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or aseptic manufacturing.
- Advanced technical knowledge of room conditioning systems such as HVAC, BMS and FMS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead utilities-related projects from planning through to execution and evaluation.
- You have great communication skills with the ability to build relations with stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English. It is advantageous if you can speak Danish.

We are based in Hillerød, where your new colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you. We are proud to work in a newly established facility which are be supplying the market patients worldwide changing the lives for people living with diabetes and serious obisity.
Our department is ramping up production to serve even more patients, which makes this position perfect for a candidate eager to work with continues improvements and problem solving to secure a smooth production of the facility. We are dedicated to delivering strong results driven by team members who are empowered to make their own decisions.
