Advanced Technical Filling Professional (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

This is a key coordination role where you will work alongside technical specialists, helping to plan, organise and deliver improvement activities that keep our production equipment performing reliably while ensuring the highest standards of GMP compliance.
The Position
As an Advanced Technical Filling Professional, you will become a central member of our Technical Support team, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to enable Equipment Responsible to focus on solving complex technical challenges.
You will help drive investigations, coordinate documentation, monitor actions and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance across our Filling operations.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organisational skills with technical understanding and enjoys working with people across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical improvement activities across the department.
- Support deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
- Prepare, review and maintain GMP documentation.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure timely completion.
- Support Equipment Responsible with planning and prioritisation.
- Develop clear technical documentation and work instructions.
- Collaborate closely with Production, QA and Skilled Workers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective coordination.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Help create the structure and clarity that enables the wider technical team to succeed.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Production, Technology or another relevant discipline.
- Experience working within manufacturing or technical operations.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience producing technical documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP or another highly regulated manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English. Danish is considered an advantage or willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
Novo Nordisk offers a competitive reward package including a salary in the range of 570,200 to 838,100 DKK per year, annual bonus, pension, private healthcare and a comprehensive benefits package, together with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development.
