The position
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate and schedule repair work.
  • Plan operational maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Act as a professional mentor for technical skilled workers within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in their technical skills development.
  • Analyze dashboards and ensure appropriate actions are taken, incorporating team learnings.

 

Qualifications
Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience in planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering specifications.
  • Familiarity with equipment installation and commissioning processes.

 

About the department
Material Handling is responsible for transporting materials too and from the production lines. We do so via a fully automated system. The system ranges from 25 years old to brand new state-of-the-art conveyors. The technical support teams' primary task is to keep the system operating with minimum delays to the lines. 
The team consists of 10 Skilled Workers and 4 maintnance professionals, that work in unison too maintain the up time for the MH System.
