The position
As an Advanced GMP Professional, your primary tasks will be to support daily operations in the warehouse, where you will be part of a dynamic workday that also includes prob-lem-solving, handling deviations, updating SOPs, and future-proofing the flow. Addition-ally, you will participate in projects that ensure capacity for future demands. You must be adaptable and ready to reprioritize your tasks, as the daily life as an Advanced GMP Professional is never the same. You can acquire new skills and can switch between daily operations and projects of different sizes. 

Our most important tasks are to ensure stable processes with a focus in quality. In this position, you can expect to:

  • Contribute to daily operations and perform optimizations

  • Create change requests 

  • Participate in audits

  • Handle deviations and maintain a solid GMP mindset

  • Update SOPs and Job Instructions

  • Work closely with stakeholders and participate in workshops, as well as drive smaller and larger projects

 

The department is often inspected by authorities from all over the world and it will be a natural part of the job that you present your own cases and answer any questions that fall within your area of responsibility. You will experience a dynamic environment, with a wide range of tasks, which you can help to shape.

Please note that primary area of work is in Hillerød and to a lesser degree in Kalundborg, both locations situated in Denmark.

 

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, we imagine you have most of the following qualifications: 

  • An academic background - MSc., Pharmacist, natural science or other equivalent education. 

  • 3-5 years of experience from a similar job or other equivalent knowledge through relevant practical experience preferred. Knowledge and experience from another GxP environment are required. 

  • Comprehensive experience in handling deviations and change requests.

  • Fluency in both Danish and English for daily communication with internal and ex-ternal stakeholders is required. 

Most importantly, you take responsibility and are highly conscious of quality in all your work. You thrive working with processes, deviations, problem-solving. As a person you are structured, service-minded, and engaged in your work while also being able to com-plete tasks before the deadline. You possess good collaboration skills. You are comforta-ble with challenging tasks and changing priorities, where you need sparring with both external and internal professionals to find the right solution. You are open and commit-ted and can inspire and motivate your colleagues.

Sourcing Warehouse Hillerød, from where we supply all Novo Nordisk production sites, both internal and external, with all raw materials required to produce life-changing med-icine, while we monitor that all handling and every process, is in strict accordance with all relevant regulations and practices.
