- 领导大区业务团队达成本大区的业务目标;
- 负责对大区市场进行分析, 提出可行有效且符合合规规定的业务以及市场战略并实施,及时评估实施效果以及提出改进方案;
- 建立一支有凝聚力,有竞争力和以业绩为导向的业务队伍;
- 保证团队的成员遵守公司各项规章制度,与公司合规团队积极配合,强化合规意识,及时发现并且纠正不合规的行为,对不合规的行为决不妥协。
- 医药及相关专业大学本科以上的学历
- 完成和通过相关培训
- 五年以上的医药学术、产品信息推广经验,三年以上的业务和人员管理经验

掌握业务多层面的管理,沟通,谈判,辅导技巧,与内部和外部客户建立长期的业务关系。
