Key responsibilities 重要职责

1. Being a strategic LEC partner to regional team.
2. Provide LEC daily consultation
3. Support Central to conduct monitoring in sales region.
4. Other ad. hoc tasks.

Education 教育背景

• Bachelor or above required, major in Law or legal/compliance related background
• Preferred: Legal professional certifications, P.R.C Bar, CICPA/ACCA /CIA etc.

Experience 经验

8~10 year work experiences with strong risk management background:

Min 3 years working experience in leading law firm or MNC pharma/medical device/healthcare company legal and compliance dept;

Have pharmaceutical/medical device/healthcare background or knowledges;

Have solid in-house legal and/or compliance experience;

Multinational pharma experience is a plus

Personal skills 技能

• Strong integrity level; stick to principle under pressure.
• Strong risk sense, risk management skill, focus on detail and strong learning ability.
• Passionate and willing to take challenge.
• Strong documentation skill both in Chinese and English, to write word memo, prepare excel data analysis and PPT presentation.
• Communication/Coordination/Stakeholder Management.
• willing to travel, 20%-30%.
