Your impact begins here

Are you motivated by ensuring quality and compliance while working closely with suppliers and stakeholders across the value chain? Do you thrive in a role where structure, documentation, and coordination are key to success?

As a Supply Quality Professional, you will play an important role in safeguarding the quality and reliability of critical materials used in Novo Nordisk production. You will own and drive supplier-related Change Requests and Change Notifications, ensuring changes are assessed, documented, coordinated, and implemented according to internal requirements and regulatory expectations. Through your work, you will help maintain robust supplier processes and support a stable supply chain in a highly regulated environment.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with detailed documentation while also coordinating activities across a broad stakeholder landscape. You may be early in your career or already have experience from a regulated industry, but most importantly, you are motivated by the core responsibilities of the role and find satisfaction in creating high-quality, compliant documentation.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • Hold a Master's degree with little to no experience, a Bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience, or have gained equivalent qualifications through practical experience.

  • Have an interest in quality, compliance, supplier collaboration, or supply chain processes.

  • Are comfortable working within defined processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Have strong written communication skills and are able to produce clear and accurate documentation in English.

  • Can drive meetings and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.

  • Bring a structured, detail-oriented, and persistent approach to your work.

What you'll do

As a Supply Quality Professional, you will:

  • Own and drive supplier-related Change Requests from initiation to implementation.

  • Handle Change Notifications from suppliers and ensure compliant implementation across the organisation.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update change documentation according to internal procedures and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate alignment between supply managers, quality stakeholders, technical experts, production sites, and suppliers.

  • Support qualifications, assessments, investigations, and issue resolution related to supplier changes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supplier quality and supply chain robustness.

Who you'll work with

You will join GSO DPM Excipients, SUS & Process Aids, a department responsible for supplier management and quality-related activities supporting materials used in Novo Nordisk production. The team collaborates closely with suppliers and stakeholders throughout the value chain to ensure quality, compliance, and reliable supply.

The team consists of approximately 12 colleagues, including Supply Managers and Change Request Owners working together to strengthen supplier collaboration and ensure robust processes. You will become part of a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, stakeholder engagement, and quality-focused decision-making are central to how we work.

What you can expect here

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across Novo Nordisk's supplier organisation while building expertise within supplier quality, change management, compliance, and supply chain operations. You will work with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across the business, developing both your technical understanding and your ability to navigate a complex organisation.

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, following processes, and delivering high-quality work. In return, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on supplier quality and operational excellence every day.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
