Supply Chain Intern - 6 months (potential extension to 12 months)

Taastrup, Denmark

Are you a detail-oriented student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations and project coordination? We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will act as the "engine room" of our Platform Steerco governance and meeting and material structure. You will be responsible for defining and streamlining the administrative backbone of our Platform Steerco governance, ensuring that our leadership and specialists have exactly what they need to make informed decisions.

Your new role

In this role, you will help ensure that our Platform SteerCo governance runs seamlessly and that key stakeholders receive timely, high‑quality input to support decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving SteerCo material preparation by consolidating inputs and ensuring structure, accuracy and consistent quality.
  • Coordinating and planning meetings, calendars and deadlines to keep stakeholders aligned and deliverables on track.
  • Supporting documentation and follow-up, including minutes of meeting and distribution of relevant materials.
  • Maintaining our governance structure, including SharePoint updates and the Annual Wheel.
  • Collaborating closely with Capacity Insights Specialists to prepare data-driven content and presentations.

Your new department

You will join a dedicated team working with governance, insights and operational support. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with close interaction across specialists, leaders and stakeholders. As part of the secretariat function, you will be positioned at the centre of coordination and decision-making activities, gaining a broad understanding of how we steer and enable organisational capacity.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:

  • A structured and detail-focused approach, ensuring materials, files and schedules are accurate and well-organised.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to follow up with stakeholders and gather required inputs.
  • Solid technical proficiency in Office 365, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as all materials are delivered in English.
  • Adaptability and initiative, with the ability to balance routine tasks with dynamic problem-solving.

This internship is open to students or recent graduates, and we offer flexibility (18–37 hours per week) to support a healthy work–study–life balance.
