Join our Global Logistics & Distribution team as an Implementation Lead Intern and gain hands-on experience with large-scale supply chain projects. This is your opportunity to build project coordination skills while contributing to impactful implementations across our global network.

 

Your new role
As an Implementation Lead Intern, you will support the delivery of warehouse and supply chain implementations across regions. You will play a key role in coordinating activities, ensuring progress, and supporting project governance in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

  • Support implementation activities across warehouse and supply chain projects, ensuring timely coordination and follow-up
  • Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
  • Assist implementation leads with project management tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation
  • Prepare presentations, steering committee materials, and communication updates for key stakeholders
  • Contribute to structuring project activities, tracking timelines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

 

Your new department
You will join the Implementation & Improvement team within Global Logistics & Distribution. The team is responsible for delivering and optimising supply chain solutions across Novo Nordisk’s global network. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions, gaining exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of supply chain implementations.

 

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a curious and proactive student who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

  • A structured and organised approach with strong coordination skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in supply chain, logistics, or project management; prior experience is an advantage but not required

Salary and Benefits: if allowed by the educational institution from where the Intern is enrolled, the monthly salary is fixed. The monthly base rate is 15.900 DKK plus a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
