As Strategy OCM Director, you will play a pivotal role in translating our Global Manufacturing & Supply Strategy into meaningful, lasting impact across the organisation. This is a highly influential position, operating at the intersection of strategy, culture and execution.

Your new role

As Strategy OCM Director, you will act as the strategic owner of organisational change management (OCM) for the Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) Strategy. You will ensure the strategy is understood, embraced and lived across the organisation, while fostering a strong culture and mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

You will step into a newly formed EVP strategy team—and be instrumental in defining how change is shaped, driven, and embedded across the organisation.

Your new department

In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full supply chain from clinical manufacturing and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 25,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules and devices, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.

You will join the newly established GMS Strategy team, a central and highly visible function within Global Manufacturing & Supply, reporting to the Senior Director, GMS Strategy. The team plays a critical role in setting direction, enabling execution and strengthening strategic capabilities across GMS. You will work closely with senior leaders, strategy partners, P&O, Communications, cLEAN® and other key stakeholders across the value chain.

To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of strategic capability, change leadership and personal impact:

  • A relevant Master’s degree within fields such as Psychology, Communication, Business or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including leading complex organisational change and OCM initiatives in large, global organisations
