Join Global Logistic and Distribution – Integrations & Traceability Team
Are you passionate about driving supply chain implementation projects that combine regulatory compliance, IT, data, and business processes? We are looking for a proactive and structured Implementation Lead to join our Integrations & Traceability team for a 9-month paternity cover. In this role, you will help deliver critical regulatory and master‑data‑driven initiatives with global impact. If you thrive in complexity, collaborate effortlessly, and communicate clearly — this role is for you.
Your new role
In this role, you will work at the intersection of supply chain, IT systems, business processes, and regulatory requirements. You will quickly step into ongoing initiatives and support the team in driving forward high‑impact deliverables across global stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include:
- Driving and delivering supply chain and regulatory implementation projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Translating complex technical or process‑heavy information into clear messages, enabling structured decision-making.
- Supporting master data activities across logistics, product, and outbound flows, ensuring the right data is understood and implemented correctly.
- Collaborating closely with IT on integrations, system requirements, and data-related tasks.
- Coordinating stakeholders globally, ensuring clarity on “need‑to‑have” vs. “nice‑to‑have” and enabling smooth end‑to‑end process flows.
Your new department
You will join the Integrations & Traceability team within Global Logistic and Distribution, anchored in Supply Chain & Life Cycle Management. The team consists of 13 engaged colleagues who collaborate across global supply chain functions, affiliates, and production sites. We are located in Høje Taastrup, but work closely with IT in Ballerup and play a key role in digitalizing and strengthening end‑to‑end supply chain processes across the organisation.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring a hands‑on approach, structure, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills. We are looking for someone with:
- Hands‑on supply chain experience, either in logistics processes or master data — weighted higher than theoretical knowledge.
- Project management experience, ideally 2+ years (not required to be pharma-specific).
- Ability to work with or learn the basics of IT systems, including understanding of logistics processes or master data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify the complex.
- A proactive mindset, comfortable questioning assumptions and bringing structure to ambiguous tasks.
Experience with Serialisation/UDI, working in Agile environments, or exposure to regulatory compliance projects is considered a plus.
