Senior Launch Project Manager

Your new role

As our new Senior Launch Project Manager, you will be supporting a wide range of tasks such as:

• Drive launch readiness activities within the 24m – 12m horizon
• Drive launch execution activities within 6m of launch
• Drive Launch Process initiatives as the PS Launch Process Expert.

Your new department

GSCD organizational mission is to strengthen collaboration throughout the entire product value chain, from CMC Development, to Launch and LCM. GSCD provides strategy direction across the value chain: What product goes where (internal vs CMO), what capacity is needed, how much and by when. Product Supply Chain Design function focuses on the E2E product/portfolio value chain with responsibilities spanning scalability of products in early stages, designing supply chains fit for launch and optimizing them through the LCM.

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• Product launch experience (end-to-end launch planning and execution in a supply chain context)
• Supply chain experience (proven track record in Supply Chain Management roles)
• Master’s degree/MBA in supply chain management, science related field, or similar degree with applicable experience. Additional certifications an advantage (CPIM)
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across various departments to drive informed decision-making pertaining to supply chain launches
• Experience leading or working across multiple projects

As a person you lead and align diverse, cross‑functional teams across global geographies, navigating conflicts and using strong interpersonal skills to resolve differences while respecting cultural diversity. You demonstrate executive presence in high‑pressure launch situations, delivering concise updates and strategic recommendations to management. Operationally, you anticipate supply‑chain challenges and solve problems before they affect the critical path to launch, showing adaptive resilience in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. You communicate complex technical supply‑chain data clearly in both verbal and written form, translating it into actionable business insights that support commercial integration.
