The position
In this exciting role, you will collaborate with the line of business and management in ET to translate capacity expansion plans from concepts into reality, delivering tangible impact for the business. Your primary focus will involve consolidating and managing the investment portfolio from a financial point of view, which includes overseeing partnerships with production sites across Denmark, Ireland & the US, including newly acquired sites. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to drive successful project execution. You will be:
- Driving the investment budget and reporting processes with a focus on resource allocation and budget accuracy.
- Acting as a trusted business partner and overseeing the supported areas.
- Collaborating closely with ambitious and talented stakeholders with both financial and non-financial backgrounds.
- Initiating and managing optimisation projects and tools to enhance investment discipline across all ET.
The position is based in Taastrup.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to:
- Have a Master’s degree within Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline and experience working in finance roles at larger organisations.
- Previous experience in a similar business finance or investment management function
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, good communication and presentation skills and an ability to serve as a trusted business partner.
- Exhibit a process-oriented mindset, displaying interest in mapping, streamlining, and optimising processes.
- Possess solid experience with the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience within SAP or portfolio management tools is preferred but not a requirement.
It would be considered an advantage if you possess prior project partnering experience.

About the department
You will report to the Head of Finance and be a part of the Investment track, focusing on developing and driving financial management within investments.
