Your new role
As Senior IT Finance Partner, you will be part of the GMS IT Leadership Team as the Finance representative, acting as the primary finance partner and helping connect strategic priorities, resource allocation and financial performance. You will lead key planning processes and provide senior stakeholders with clear insights, scenarios and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end Annual Budget, Landing Estimate and Rolling Estimate processes for GMS IT, including target setting, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment and executive decision support
- Driving strategic FP&A activities such as long-term financial planning, scenario modelling, performance management, investment planning, workforce planning and capacity forecasting
- Providing proactive financial sparring to the GMS IT Leadership Team, challenging assumptions and facilitating trade-off discussions across priorities, resources and value creation
- Translating complex financial data into actionable business insights, recommendations and management material for senior stakeholders
- Supporting strategic initiatives, business cases and major projects with robust financial analysis, risk assessment and resource allocation perspectives
- Working closely with a Finance Partner and Business Analyst, providing guidance, direction and sparring to ensure strong planning, analysis and decision support across GMS IT
- Improving finance processes, planning governance, transparency and capability building across budget owners and business stakeholders
Your new department
You will join Global Manufacturing & Supply Business Support (GMS BS), a GVP area of approximately 1,200 employees and a key enabler for Global Manufacturing & Supply. GMS BS comprises GMS IT, Strategy, Site Integrations and Finance.
You will be part of the GMS BS Finance team located in Høje Taastrup, Denmark, working in an open and informal environment that values professionalism, ownership and people development. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across Finance and IT and partner directly with senior leaders in GMS IT.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, forecasting and performance management, preferably from a complex international organisation
- Strong business partnering skills with experience advising and challenging senior stakeholders at Director/VP level
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- A strategic mindset and the ability to connect financial plans with business priorities, resource allocation and value creation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate alignment across functions and influence decisions
- The ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and drive improvements in planning processes, governance and ways of working

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 651,000 to DKK 956,900, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
