Are you an experienced finance partner who is passionate about bridging finance and business and driving change across a global organisation? Join the Drug Product Manufacturing IO Business Finance team and play a key role in strengthening financial processes, shaping insightful financial analysis, and delivering value-adding finance partnering across the DPM IO network.

The position

As our new Senior Finance Partner, you will lead key budgeting and forecasting processes, support budget allocation across production sites, and contribute to financial management at SVP level. This is a global role with broad exposure across the organisation. You will work closely with finance colleagues and stakeholders and contribute to shaping the finance agenda across the DPM IO network.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring financial transparency and providing insights related to ramp-up and expansion activities across the network
  • Acting as a trusted finance partner to several sites within the DPM IO network

You will independently drive initiatives and work closely with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. The role requires a strong overview, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance partnering, financial controlling, or auditing
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a high-quality mindset, with attention to detail while maintaining a broader business perspective
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and navigate a broad and complex stakeholder landscape
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data and insights into clear business narratives that support and influence decision-making
  • Fluency in spoken and written English

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

  • Experience from a global finance role involving process management, financial consolidation and financial analysis
  • Experience with finance activities related to production, large investment projects, or ramp-up activities

You have a strong interest in financial processes and are motivated by opportunities to improve them. You work in a structured way, have a sharp eye for detail, and are comfortable operating in an international environment.

As a person, you are confident, collaborative, ambitious, and motivated by working with others who share a strong drive to deliver. While you will have a high degree of independence in the role, you will be part of a close-knit team with a positive and supportive team spirit.
