Senior Finance Partner

Category:  Finance
Location:

Høje-Taastrup, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

Are you motivated by financial complexity, partnering with senior stakeholders, and bringing clarity to a business area with many dynamics in play? We are looking for a strong Senior Finance Partner to drive financial planning, governance and insights across Global Customer Operations (GCO), supporting a revenue stream of around DKK 2 billion. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with multiple sites acquired through the Catalent integration and play a key role in securing high-quality financial transparency.

Your new role

As Senior Finance Partner, you will be the key financial anchor point for GCO, ensuring robust planning, reliable reporting and proactive financial insights. In this role, you will operate in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders across the organisation and help build transparency into the acquired Catalent sites (Bloomington, Brussels, Anagni and Cham).

You will:

  • Act as the primary finance partner for GCO, delivering insights and advisory to management and finance stakeholders across multiple areas of Novo Nordisk A/S.
  • Drive financial planning processes in collaboration with local sites and bridge towards Novo Nordisk A/S overall planning processes, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial follow‑up, ensuring “house in order” across revenue and cost and escalating deviations proactively.
  • Support business cases related to acquired sites and customer contract obligations.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders to enable strong decision support and challenge assumptions where needed.

The role is a permanent position, ideally starting May 2026. The role will be based in Taastrup and might include 2-3 annual international trips to visit our sites.

Your new department

You will join Global Manufacturing & Supply Business Support (GMS BS), a GVP area of around 1,200 employees. GMS BS is the key enabler for Global Manufacturing & Supply, comprising GMS IT, Strategy, Site integrations and Finance.

You will join the GMS BS Finance team in Høje Taastrup, Denmark. Our culture values professionalism, people development, and ownership in an open and informal environment where you can grow alongside talented and ambitious colleagues.

Your skills and qualifications

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ experience from finance partnering, controlling or accounting in a complex organisation.
  • Solid understanding of financial management at a affiliate or site level.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive, structured and positive working style and the ability to navigate environments with change and evolving processes.
