The position

You will join a team working with development and LCM project portfolio management across Novo Nordisk’s value chain and reporting to important governance forums in Novo Nordisk. Your key contributions will be to operate and continuously improve our reporting and portfolio management setup in close collaboration with your portfolio colleagues and project directors, who are the key data contributors responsible for CMC&PS deliverables. In addition, you will also help creating tools and templates for the project directors in order to support the reporting and project excellence activities in the team.

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support and execute reporting processes across our product portfolio, ensuring high data quality and always delivering on time
  • Contribute to continuously optimising our reporting and portfolio processes in close collaboration with your colleagues and with key stakeholders
  • Ensure solid and transparent processes for input providers, developing clear guidance and tools in collaboration with key stakeholders and communicate these to input providers
  • Contribute to analysis and evaluate how to utilise data from systems across Novo Nordisk in our portfolio and reporting. In this, you will also collaborate with other portfolio management offices across the Novo Nordisk organisation

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we believe you:

  • Hold a master’s degree within a relevant field such as science, engineering, manufacturing, or business
  • May be recently educated, with 1-2 years of experience in reporting and portfolio management
  • Have a structured approach, strong analytical skills, and a focus on ensuring high data quality and always delivering on deadlines
  • Are familiar with Power BI and have the ability to work with data digitalisation
  • Possess good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to structure material and tailor communication to various stakeholders, including senior management
  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English

 

Experience with portfolio management and life science or the pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage.

About the department
Drug Product Portfolio (DPP) is an area established in CMC&PS to improve Novo Nordisk’s ability to prioritise and develop our pipeline with a keen focus on product potential, manufacturability, scalability, as well as future capacity needs in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain.

 

You will join DPP Excellence & Transformation within DPP, which is a newly established and growing area with the key purpose to drive project excellence and DPP project portfolio processes, tools & templates.
