Your new role

As an Operational Efficiency Intern, you will support key initiatives aimed at improving efficiency across our supply chain while reducing costs and CO₂ emissions. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take ownership of analysis and initiatives within a defined efficiency track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving analyses and research to support operational efficiency improvements across the distribution network
  • Preparing for and contributing to global stakeholder meetings and workshops, including documenting key outcomes and ensuring follow-up
  • Supporting data gathering and transforming insights into clear, structured outputs and recommendations
  • Developing expertise within a specific efficiency track and contributing actively to ongoing initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies to support continuous improvement efforts

 

Your new department

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern who is eager to learn and contribute from day one. While prior experience is not required, your mindset and willingness to grow are essential.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Have basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and feel comfortable working with data
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills across different stakeholders
  • Show curiosity or interest in Supply Chain, Sustainability and/or data-driven decision-making
  • Are confident trying new things, taking ownership of tasks, and asking questions when needed

Experience with data analysis is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.

Salary and Benefits: if allowed by the educational institution from where the Intern is enrolled, the monthly salary is fixed. The monthly base rate is 15.900 DKK plus a pension scheme (currently 10% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution).
