IT/Digital Project Manager

The Position

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives on the IT, data and digital agenda across our External Supply organization. You will:

• Drive implementation projects of core systems
• Manage projects to harmonize the way we use our systems, tools and applications
• Scope projects and build business cases that support decision making and prioritization within the digital transformation strategy
• Ensure continuous alignment between our digital ambitions and the needs of the business we support 
• Engage, involve and support stakeholders in the transformation process to ensure buy in all around

As the IT/Digital Project Manager, you work closely with your team and your stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of our strategic transformation initiatives across the organisation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid Project Management experience from IT system implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Successful experience driving projects in a corporate setting and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent analytical thinking and project management skills combined with a good understanding of how to gain buy in with stakeholders

Previous experience working within supply chain, ideally in a pharma environment, would be considered a plus.

You will become a part of the ES IT, Data & Digital team, supporting seamless digital integrations and scalable solutions that empower the organization to deliver value, leveraging technology and data. The team collaborates closely with our stakeholders across the value chain to ensure digital strategies align with organisational goals and foster enterprise-wide innovation.
