As IT Compliance Partner, you will act as the key compliance expert and trusted advisor for Supply Chain IT. You will strengthen governance, risk management and compliance practices across a complex and global environment, making sure the critical IT systems supporting Novo Nordisk's pharmaceutical production remain inspection-ready. Your work helps keep the systems behind production, logistics, device manufacturing and global supply chain processes compliant, so our products can keep reaching the people who need them.

What you’ll bring
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you bring a strong combination of technical expertise, compliance knowledge and stakeholder management capabilities, including:
•    An MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
•    Several years of experience working with IT compliance, validation, quality, governance or regulated IT environments within the pharmaceutical industry.
•    Strong knowledge of GxP, cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO and COBIT standards, and validation requirements for business-critical IT systems.
•    Experience in advisory or consulting roles where influencing stakeholders and driving change without direct authority has been essential.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with both technical specialists and senior leaders.

What you’ll do
This role combines strategic thinking, tactical planning and operational execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across organisational levels while influencing without direct authority. You will:
•    Act as the primary IT compliance partner across Supply Chain IT, providing guidance on governance, risk management, validation and regulatory requirements.
•    Drive compliance improvement initiatives, risk reporting activities and standardised ways of working in collaboration with stakeholders and relevant networks across the organisation.
•    Support audits and inspections, coordinate remediation plans and ensure findings are effectively addressed.
•    Advise projects on IT governance and compliance requirements.
•    Build and lead a strong compliance network within Supply Chain, influencing stakeholders and ensuring continuous alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
Success in this role means quickly establishing credibility, building relationships across a broad stakeholder landscape, assessing the current compliance landscape and proactively driving improvements that enable business success while maintaining high-quality standards.

Who you’ll work with
You will join Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) IT within the Supply Chain organisation, a global area responsible for the IT and automation systems that support Novo Nordisk's manufacturing and supply chain operations. The department oversees critical systems that enable production, logistics, device manufacturing and global supply chain processes.
The team is relatively small and highly specialised, made up of experts responsible for key domains across architecture, governance and compliance. While you will be the primary compliance lead within the team, you will collaborate closely with a wider network of compliance professionals, risk coordinators, validation experts, architects, project managers and business stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and the wider Global Manufacturing & Supply network.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from DKK 742,600 to DKK 1,091,600, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
