The position 

As our new Senior Programme Manager, you will:

  • Be overall responsible for the digital transformation programme and oversee the three sub-tracks.
  • Ensure the right governance, reporting and communication across the organisation.

 

The ultimate goal of the program is to transform the way we operate our external supply network, providing the transparency and efficiency needed to run our business through leveraging the power of data. You can expect to join a dynamic environment where you will manage various activities in parallel and where flexibility will be essential to ensure balanced workloads across all programme workstreams.



Qualifications 

To be considered for this position, we expect you to have: 

  • A relevant academic degree in disciplines such engineering, supply chain, digital business or similar.
  • At least 6 years of project management experience, preferably in the digital transformation space.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, along with experience working with senior leadership.
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end and independently, with a high focus on change management and org onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

 

As a person, you are a great communicator with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across the company. Additionally, you are independent and proactive, with the ability to define and execute projects end-to-end, recognizing that being hands-on at times will be necessary to ensure success.

About the Department 
You will join a digital transformation programme anchored within the department External Supply Strategy & Digital where we are responsible of deploying the newly launched ES Business Plan, and driving the ES Strategy deployment. As part of that, in our team we deliver on the data and digital initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders within External Supply, DDIT and others.
