Do you want to set direction and ensure our employees receive relevant, high-quality trainings? If so, you might be the new CMC&PS Area Training Coordinator we are looking for.
Your new role
As CMC&PS Area Training Coordinator you will act as the EVP-level Training Coordinator and informal sparring partner for CMC&PS, responsible for coordinating and improving training across a complex, global organisation. You will be responsible for aligning with stakeholders and ensuring employees receive relevant, high-quality training.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Support CMC&PS as EVP Area Training Coordinator (ATC).
- Coordinate trainings across functions and levels to ensure the right people receive the right training.
- Drive continuous improvements and cross-functional alignment of training practices across SVP/area levels
- Develop and manage communication and rollout plans for changes to training standards and training news distribution.
- Ensure knowledge is anchored and shared across the organisation to identify and implement improvements and adjustments to training.
Your new department
Join our department Capex & M&A Training under the business area Training Partnering & Execution. We are a part of the Global People & Organisation in Novo Nordisk and our role is primarily to design, develop and implement effective training solutions contributing to future-ready organizations optimizing production, increasing capacity and competitiveness in expansion projects and mergers & acquisitions.
We have 33 skilled colleagues working with training in our department from Training Project Managers to Training Partners and Training coordinators. All are focused on enhancing training effectiveness to achieve strong operational performance across all employee groups.

You will be expected to work independently and create close relations with stakeholders outside your team such as training coordinators from our SVP areas.

Your skills & qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- You have a relevant academic background plus relevant work experience from similar position
- You have solid business understanding within the training administration processes, systems, and tools (ISOtrain, QualityDocs, LearnIt and STA IT platform)
- You have solid stakeholder management experience and experience in driving cross-functional activities
- You have solid knowledge working with processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- You have solid experience in change management and implementation of training system/solution
- You are fluent in English. Danish is a big advantage.
As a person you are an excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across organisational levels and cultures. You can take initiative and being proactive while also remaining deadline driven. You structure tasks and time effectively to provide clarity to the organisation and consistently deliver to deadlines. You have solid presentation and facilitation skills and a strong analytical mindset. You bring a change-management mindset, can work as part of a team as well as independently, and are adept at solving complex problems, challenging the status quo while maintaining the interests of Training and Capability Building and advancing NN’s strategic agenda.
