  1. Execute commercial strategy effectively in region. Continuously optimize distribution structure with market changes. Maintain long-term win-win cooperation with core distributors to ensure market expansion and channel coverage.


  1. Cooperate with target distributors to achieve sales target of CME hospital and NCD (non-contract distributor), and make sure the cooperation following NN compliance requirement.


  1. Accomplish regional bidding mission by integrating MKT information, formulating bidding strategies and implementing actions. Lead team to cooperate with distributors on hospital listing and access progress.


  1. Lead and build up a high performing team strictly following the NN way. Develop and remain talent.

Experience 经验

Year of related working experience required in the job


  • At least 10 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in commercial or government affairs.
  • Familiar with pharmaceutical bidding policy and operational processes.
  • Rich managerial experience is required
